The David White L6-20 Meridian Level is a fine basic tool for small construction applications. We used to call these "farm levels", but you can use them in the big city too! It has a sharp 20X optic and delivers an accuracy of 1/4-inch at a 100 feet. This is the version which has a horizontal circle, so you can do angle work as well. These are very rugged instruments--not as fragile as the more expensive "automatic" type levels. | |||||||||
