The NE-10 is a robust electronic theodolite manufactured by Nikon in the late '80s...a time before instrument manufacturers began cutting as many corners as they do today. As a result, the instrument body is made of actual METAL, and you get features such as a detachable tribrach that have now all but disappeared from affordable instrument models. The NE-10 is powered by 4 AA batteries, and is compatible with current Nikon accessories such as diagonal eyepieces. This particular unit is in very excellent operating and cosmetic condition. It comes complete with original case, carrying handle, plumb bob, tool kit, and dust cover.
