The Lietz/Sokkisha TS20A optical theodolite is a great instrument for all types of general construction surveying, and many basic engineering applications as well. The circle reading microscope (conveniently located next to the telescope eyepiece) makes angle turning much easier than conventional vernier-type transits. This instrument would also be a good choice for plumbing high rise buidings. The TS20A is in excellent cosmetic and operating condition, and has been completely serviced and calibrated in our in-house repair shop.
