The Leica DISTO D1 is our most basic, easy-to-use laser distance meter for quick and accurate interior measurements. Turn the D1 on, press the ON/DIST button, and you have an accurate measurement.

The Leica DISTO D2 is a 7 measurement mode laser distance meter. A fully-featured LDM that's designed for multiple purposes, the D2 is easy to operate and builds on the D1 with more functions, higher accuracy at 1.5mm (rounds to 1/32"), and greater range at 100m (330').
Good value. Great features and functionality.
The D2 offers multiple modes of measurement that are useful for many different kinds of projects: distance, min/max, permanent, stake-out, add/subtract, area, and volume, and it includes painter and Pythagoras functions. An intelligent endpiece enables you to measure accurately from outside or inside corners, including diagonal measurements. The D2 calculates area and volume, and remembers the last 10 measurements taken. And a back-lit LCD screen makes it easy to read while you're on the job.
Intelligent end-piece for corners and rough openings.
The D2 measures from its base by default and can be configured to measure from the front. You can also flip out the intelligent end-piece to 90º to hook onto outside corners or extend the end-piece fully for inside corners, and it will automatically measure from the end-piece when extended. Combined with the Min/Max function, the end-piece allows you to get the tool all the way into corners for accurate diagonal measurements.
Small, simple, powerful.
While the D2 only weighs 3 ounces (100g) and can easily fit in a toolbox or your pocket, it has a simple-to-use interface and powerful circuitry in a compact casing with IP 54 rating, protecting it from dust and splashes of water. The interface is perfect for casual, as-needed work at home, but you can rely on the D2's accuracy—the intelligent end-piece connects directly to the circuit board.
Best bang for your buck.
If you'll be taking measurements often enough indoors to require precise accuracy, and if you need extra functions for different types of measurements, like corner measurements, then the D2 is a great choice for functionality and value.

The Leica DISTO E7100i is a versatile laser distance meter with three measuring modes: single measurement, permanent measurement, and area. With 200' range (60m) and 1/16th" accuracy (2mm), the E7100i can measure structures and spaces with speed and certified accuracy.
Slim and lightweight.
The E7100i weighs 3 1/4 ounces and can fit in your pocket. The horizontal display is easy to read while taking quick measurements, even of square footage. And Bluetooth connectivity allows the E7100i to send measurements to mobile apps as you take them.

The DISTO X3 has the same rugged design as the e7400x—IP65, drop tested at 2 meters—and it has a rotatable display which makes taking awkward measurements easier and more ergonomic. It also has greater range at 490’ (150m), so it can go the distance.

For maximum accuracy, the measurement can be triggered by gestures, which is a distinct advantage, especially over long distances. High flexibility is offered by various functions, such as Smart Horizontal Mode, height tracking, profile or angle measurements.

The Leica DISTO X6 is a laser distance meter especially suitable for rough construction sites. With an IP65 rating, the extremely robust housing protects against dust and water jets and is drop tested from a height of 2m. The point finder and large, crystal-clear display make the DISTO X6 ideal for outdoor use.The additional measuring button on the side of the device, as well as high functionality, ensures that every measuring task can be completed quickly and efficiently. The DISTO X6 provides a variety of measurement functions, such as Smart Horizontal Mode, height tracking, profile or angle measurements, and much more. Trigger Measurements with a Wave of Your Hand
The pressure of pushing the ON/DIST button can cause the laser point to move off your target. At long measurement distances, even a small wobble at the laser emitter causes wide movement of the laser point at the end of the line, potentially ruining a measurement, especially on a small target.
Gesture-activated measurements eliminate the need to touch the DISTO: Carefully place the laser dot or crosshairs of the point finder camera on your target and simply wave a hand in front of the device to briefly interrupt the beam. When the DISTO senses the pulse, it triggers the measurement.
Measure outdoors up to 250m
At 250m (820-ft) the range of the DISTO X6 exceeds the ability of the human eye to see the laser point, which makes it hard to take a measurement. Even at sorter distances in bright, outdoor conditions, it can be difficult to see the laser point.The DISTO X6 provides a solution with its 4x zoom digital point finder. It allows you to place the crosshairs on your measuring point and measure with confidence.
Ensure Accurate Measurements from Corners and Tight Places
The multifunctional endpiece folds out from the back of the DISTO and automatically sets the measuring point to either the rear of the DISTO or the tip of the extended endpiece.This DISTO-exclusive feature ensures that the DISTO is measuring precisely from an outside corner (a very common use case). When fully extended, it is possible to measure from the back of openings as narrow as 2.5mm. Combined with Min/Max mode, there is no better method for determining the precise corner-to-corner measurement of a rough opening when installing windows or doors.
Job Site Tough
This DISTO is both smart and tough. The IP65 ingress protection rating means that the device is protected from water and dust so it can deliver reliable measurements for years to come. You can even wash it off with a hose. The DISTO X6 is equipped with a bright, hardened 2.8-inch scratch-resistant touchscreen. Use standard pinch gestures to zoom the point finder camera in or out, swipe through functions menus, and tap to select functions or take a measurement.
