Okay folks....just because this fine "3rd generation" Japanese instrument doesn't have the mystique of those European models, don't think for one minute that the NT-4D isn't as good as it gets! This is part of the last series of optical theodolites produced by Nikon, and it is the end result of years of field-proven experience and leading optical technology. The telescope optics and reading microscope optics are superb. This instrument is in virtually new cosmetic and operating condition, and appears to have seen little use. It has been completely serviced and calibrated in our shop. Comes with the case (similar condition), sunshade, illuminator, EDM mounts, and a photocopy of the owners manual....we have two! $1495.00 each!!
